Shajareh, Mir-Sadreddin (born 1952, Zanjan)
Mir-Sadreddin Shajareh won an elocution competition at the age of 15, after which he joined the state radio and began working with many veterans of the industry.
He then began studying dentistry at the National University of Iran, but his love for radio resulted in dropping his university studies.
Shajareh is one of a few presenters who have an honorary master’s degree in MC control, which is given to presenters with outstanding ability in elocution and improvisation.
He has experienced working as a radio presenter, host, writer and director.
The Iranian actor has also performed countless radio plays based on the world’s literary masterpieces.
He teaches at the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting College and has appeared in television series such as ‘Mankind’s Land’ (2009) as well as movies such as ‘Rival of the Heart’ (1996).
