He gets involved in a life-changing fight with the fiancé of a woman at whose home he is doing repairs. In the ensuing fracas the plumber hits the man in the eye forgetting that he still holds a screwdriver in his hand.
Known as 'One Kilo and 21 Grams' in Iran, the producers have selected the title 'A Heart for an Eye' for its international distributions.
In addition to Kaviani and Ansari, the movie's cast list includes Leila Zare, Saeed Aqakhani, Fereshteh Sadr-Orafaee, Anahita Afshar, Roshanak Gerami, and Samira Kazemi.
