For the second most productive actor, there is a tie between seven actors with each starring in three films competing in the festival:

Ali Mosaffa in ‘My Second Year of College’, ‘Orange Days’, and ‘Man Without a Shadow’.

Saeed Aqakhani in ‘African Violet’, ‘Oath’, and ‘Gold Porter’.

Farhad Aslani in ‘6.5 per Meter’, ‘Man Without a Shadow’, and ‘Buffoon’.
