This month’s new additions to the company’s streaming library include a selection of 75 cinematic classics which had long been requested by Netflix cinephiles.
‘A Separation’ is the winner of the Golden Bear, the Golden Globe, and the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film.
IndieWire film industry and review website has described the movie writing, “‘A Separation’ proved that Farhadi is one of the world’s greatest screenwriters, and launched the ‘About Elly’ auteur into the upper echelon of contemporary filmmakers.”
The 2011 flick is a devastating drama about a married couple who have to choose whether to move abroad to give their daughter a good education or to stay home to care for the husband’s ailing father.
