New comedy feature ‘Snake Venom’ has been set to premiere in Iranian cinemas on Eid al-Fitr.
The flick that counts as the directorial debut for ‘The Grand Prize’ star Javad Razavian will start screening on June 06. The announced date for the film screening is a national holiday for the occasion of Eid al-Fitr which marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
The film is about a notary public who has recently moved to Tehran. He meets one of his old classmates who holds an old grudge on him. The classmate won’t rest until taking revenge.
Namayesh Gostaran Film Company will be in charge of the movie screenings and distribution.
