Iranian movie ‘Immortality’ has grabbed a title at the Ischia International Film Festival in Italy.
Directed by Mehdi Fard Ghaderi, the movie won the best film award at the Italian event.
‘Immortality’ is Fard-Qaderi's first feature film that depicts events happening on a train during a rainy night. It chronicles six different families on different wagons of the train, gradually unfolding their stories.
Ischia Film Festival cooperates together with the main Italian universities, providing research and data related to cinema tourism to be discussed in academic dissertations on territorial marketing, cinema and cinetourism.
The 15th edition of IFF, launched on June 24 in the Italian Island of Ischia, wrapped up July 1.
