Hayaee, Amin (born June 9, 1970, Tehran)

Amin Hayaee started his acting career in theater, and in 1991 appeared in his first movie, 'Two Travel Companions'.

He was nominated for the Fajr International Film Festival Crystal Simorgh for Best Male Actor in a Supporting Role by starring in ‘Slivers of the Sun’ (1995).

Hayaee was one of the most prolific Iranian actors in the early 2000s.

In 2004 and 2005, he was nominated for two Crystal Simorghs at Fajr International Film Festival for 'The Lucky Bride' (2002) and 'The Unwanted Woman' (2004).

His spectacular performances in films such as 'Coma' (2003) and 'Mom’s Guest' (2003) turned him into a superstar.

He has also won the Crystal Simorgh for Best Actor at the Fajr International Film Festival for his performance in 'Night' (2007).

Hayaee has acted in other movies, including 'The Cliff' (1993), 'Cardboard Hotel' (1996), 'Bitter Almonds' (1997), 'Corrupted Hands' (1998), 'Crank Call' (2001), 'Ethereal' (2001), 'The Yellow Rose' (2002), 'Iranian Girl' (2002), 'Chocolate' (2003), 'Mask' (2004), 'Charlatan' (2004), 'Who Killed Amir?'
