ONE SHOT Film Festival in Armenia is slated to host Ronak Jafari’s short film ‘Double’.
The film will be screened at the competition section of the 17th edition of the event.
A lineup of 30 short films is to compete at the Armenian festival.
“Trying to find her way to a film set, a young actress gets derailed into a journey as bizarre as the film she is about to act in”, a short synopsis of the film says.
Sahra Asadollahi, Banafsheh Araabi, Houman Rahnamoun, Toufan Mehrdadian, Alireza Pourhashem, Behnam Momeni, Shima Khazaei, Dorsa Abolfazli, and Amir Shahverdi are among the cast.
‘Double’ has gone on screen at a number of global film events, including the 40th Moscow International Film Festival in Russia where it has been named among the three best short films.
Founded in 2003, One Shot International Short Film Festival is an open cinema platform to promote independent film productions from all around the world.
The 17th edition of the event is slated for June 5-11, 2019.
