Tara Otadi’s drama ‘Five to Five’ has been selected to vie at SAGA Adelaide: Women’s International Film Festival in Sweden.
Otadi’s debut is a philosophical-social drama about a fifty-five-year-old doctor (Saber Saeedi) who, due to his flat tire in a car accident, has to spend a night in a villa with four wealthy retired men.
Reza Kianian, Shams Langerudi, Touraj Nasr, Mohammad Ali Dibaj and Ali Asghar Shahbazi are some of the big names starring in ‘Five to Five’.
American Brightlight Film Productions is responsible for the international distribution of the film. The company announced that ‘Five to Five’ will participate at the fifth edition of SAGA fest.
This is the fourth international presence of the movie. It has participated at some other festivals such as UK Lift-Off and India Dada Saheb fest.
SAGA Adelaide is a grassroots film festival that creates a platform for women and girls to tell their own stories, to shape their own narratives and to define. The fest is a way for women to tell their own stories from their own world perspective.
The fest starts from August 23 in Stockholm, the capital of Sweden.
