In a recent interview, Iranian soccer player turned actor Pejman Jamshidi spoke about his latest role in the film ‘Mastermind’.
Directed by Azita Mougouee, the film began screening in Iranian theaters two weeks ago.
With Jamshidi appearing mainly in comedy roles, the film is a new experience for the actor known for his roles in ‘The Good, the Bad, the Corny’ and ‘Pejman’.
Being new to the film industry, Jamshidi spoke about being unfamiliar with what goes on behind the scenes in the film industry and how the soccer world is still more familiar to him.
‘Mastermind’ is a film about a joint project between the countries of Iran and Spain in a southern Iranian Island with many people and businesses attempting to win a bid for the project.
The cast includes impressive names such as Merila Zarei, Bahram Radan, Hanieh Tavassoli, Mehrdad Seddiqian, and Pejman Jamshidi.
