With the technical stage being recently launched, Iran short film 'The Window' is to gear up for the 73rd Cannes Film Festival to be held from Tuesday, May 12 to Saturday, May 23, 2020.
Amin Sahraee's second short production has just finished film shoot and entered technical process, aiming to be submitted to the Cannes 2020.
Afshin Qiyasi, Parastou Qaed-Rahmat, Rozhina Mirseyyad and Hassan Khan Hosseini played the main roles of Sahraee's film.
The 15-min short film narrates the relationship between a mute girl and her father.
Sahraee is already an award-winning director as his first short ‘Slow Death' was crowned the Best Film Award at the Eurasia International Monthly Film Festival in Russia.
‘Slow Death' was also named the Best Short (in under-15-minute section) and the “Film of the month” in March at the same festival.
