Directed by Malihe Gholamzadeh, the animation ‘Tangle’ has been selected to vie at the 14th edition of the Taos Shortz Film Festival in the US.
The animation is a war story narrating the separation of people from their homeland due to war and the subsequent crisis. It depicts some people who lose their homes in wars and are forced to leave all their memories and loved ones behind.
‘Tangle’ has taken part at several global events, including the 10th We Like 'Em Short Film Festival and the 45th Seattle International Film Festival in the US, the 16th Sedicicorto International Film Festival in Italy, the 11th Wimbledon International Short Film Festival in the UK, and the 15th Early Bird International Student Film Festival in Bulgaria where it received the Best Animation award.
