'Edge of Darkness' actress Yekta Nasser has tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
The Iranian movie and television actress said on the social media that she has been diagnosed with the virus after her husband, the well-known director Manouchehr Hadi, contracted the respiratory disease.
She told her fans that her case is “not serious”.
Nasser was born in 1978. She began her acting career in the TV series 'Bougainvillea'.
Her debut movie was the 2001 film 'Sakhi'.
Besides 'Edge of Darkness', she has appeared in several TV series such as 'Stay with Me', 'The First Night of Peace', 'The Daughters of Eve' and 'The Old Road'.
She has also taken part in various movies, including 'Murder Online', 'Someone Wants to Talk to You' and 'I Am Not Salvador'.
