Iranian actress Shohreh Soltani is the latest artist to test positive for the COVID-19.
The actress posted a video on social media announcing that she has been diagnosed with the coronavirus.
She noted that “my illness was almost severe, which bothered me a lot.”
Soltani also asked people to take the virus seriously as “this disease is closer than you think.”
Earlier, Iranian actresses Bahareh Rahnama, Yekta Nasser, and Leila Boloukat announced that they had contracted the virus.
Soltani made her stage debut in 1987.
Meanwhile, she made her debut movie in 1993 with ‘Escaping the Trap’.
She has appeared in ‘Once Upon a Time’, ‘The Final Shot’, ‘Red’, ‘This Woman Won't Talk’, ‘Murder Online’, ‘Sweet and Sour’, ‘Hidden Feeling’, ‘Quarantine’ and ‘A Frame of Mementos’.
