Iran’s short film ‘Heaven’ has been awarded at the Mister Vorky Int'l One-Minute and Short Film Festival in Serbia.
‘Heaven’ was named the Best Foreign Film in the 7th edition of the Serbian festival, the Iranian Youth Cinema Society reported Monday.
Reza Moayedi’s film is about a little girl talking with her dad about heaven. “But in the end, something unexpected happens,” reads a synopsis for the film.
Mister Vorky promotes the best one-minute and short films from all continents.
The organizer of the festival is the Independent Film Center Vorky Team, which in this way pays tribute to the Serbian-American film artist Slavko Vorkapich-Vorky.
