Long-running Iranian series 'Snowing Silently' with 250 episodes has revealed the name of first actor on the cast list.
Farhad Ayish was revealed in a trailer as the first actor playing in the series directed by Pouria Azarbayjani and produced by Mohammad-Reza Shafiei.
While the shooting is underway, the production team is yet to reveal the name of all actors co-starring in the project.
'Snowing Silently' is the title of a three-season series that will be set in three decades after the Islamic Revolution in Iran. The series' overall running time will reportedly be nearly 10,000 minutes.
"If you stay, I will sing the song of ‘Smile’. I strip the veil of regret off your heart. It is snowing silently, my darling. Stay around for the reception of destiny,” a short description for the series reads.
Ayish has acted in many series including 'The Story of a City' (2000), 'No Words Needed' (2001), 'Brothers-in-Law' (2004), 'Hodhod Bookstore’ (2006), Shams-ol-Emareh’ (2009), 'Let's Not Turn Around' (2009), ‘3-5-2’ (2011), 'All My Family' (2012-2013), 'The Pahlavi Hat' (2012-2013), 'The Colonel's Garden' (2013) and ‘The Recluse’ (2014).
