Works from 110 countries of the world have been received by the secretariat of the festival.
India tops the list of countries having a lineup of 387 films vying at the 50th edition of the event while Dominican Republic only sent one movie.

The festival’s main goal is to exchange educational films globally with the main theme being science, education, and ethics.
The 50th edition of the festival has been postponed over COVID-19 pandemic and the exact date is yet to be announced.
