Online performance of doc-drama ‘The Soldier’ in Vahdat Hall: Photos

Iranian play 'The Soldier' went on stage at Vahdat Hall in Tehran to mark the first martyrdom anniversary of Iran’s anti-terror Gen Qassem Soleimani.

On the occasion of the first martyrdom anniversary of Iran’s anti-terror Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, Iranian play 'The Soldier' has gone on stage at Vahdat Hall in Tehran.

Iranian director Hossein Parsaee staged the play about Iran’s chief of IRGC Quds Force Qassem Soleimani, who was assassinated during a US airstrike in Baghdad, on January 1 with audiences limited due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ali Barati cooperated as the choreographer of the project while Mohammad Movahedniya was the graphic designer.

Parsaee directed the dramatic parts of the symphonic poem ‘Alamdar’ (Standard-bearer) at Vahdat Hall in September to raise funds for the poor across the country with actor Parziv Parstouee producing the show.

Below are some photos captured from the performance of the play:
