Internationally known Iranian actor Mostafa Zamani is poised to make a comeback to cinema with The Sixth Day’.

After taking a four-year break from Iran cinema, ‘Prophet Joseph’ star will return to the spotlight playing a lead role in Hojjat Qasemzadeh’s star-studded film.

‘The Sixth Day’, about a prisoner named Ahmad who gets caught in complex and mysterious adventures trying to prove his innocence, is to gear up for the 39th edition of the Fajr Film Festival (FFF) in Tehran.

The rest of the cast team also includes Amir Jafari, Jamshid Hashempour, Bahareh Afshari, Homayoun Ershadi, Mehran Ahmadi, Afshin Hashemi and Bahram Ebrahimi.
