Iranian film 'Lottery' enters Waco Family & Faith Int'l Film Festival in the US.

Iranian film 'Lottery' by Mohammad-Hossein Mahdavian has entered the Waco Family & Faith International Film Festival in the US.

On February 4-6, 2021, the 2nd annual Waco fest in Texas will be hosting Iran’s 2018 box office hit ‘Lottery.

The flick, which was also screened at the 36th edition of Fajr Film Festival in Iran, tells the story of Amirali and Noushin who want to tie the knot but their families disagree. They decide to patiently pursue their dreams on winning US Foreign Ministry lottery for Green Card.

A lineup of actors stars in ‘Lottery’, including Hamid Farrokhnejad, Mohammad Javad Ezzati, Saed Soheili, Hadi Hejazifar, Nader Soleimani and Ziba Karam-Ali.

The Waco Family & Faith International Film Festival is "dedicated to empowering the creative spirit and celebrating the compassion for humanity”.
