Cinevoyage film festival to screen Iran’s ‘Lens’

Iranian short ‘Lens’ is to be screened at the 4th Cinevoyage Int'l Film Festival in India.

Iranian short flick ‘Lens’ has made its way to the 4th edition of the Cinevoyage International Film Festival in India.

‘Lens’ is about a man who wants to leave a video and photo of himself before committing a suicide.

According to the Iranian Youth Cinema Society, Amir-Hossein Tabbat’s film ‘Lens’, brings to three the number of Iranian short films, which were selected to take part in the Indian event.

Earlier reports said ‘For Him’ and ‘A Trivial Thing’, both made by Seyyed-Morteza Sabz-Qaba, will be screened at the festival.

The Cinevoyage International Film Festival was established with the aim of encouraging students and professionals alike “to not just showcase their talents but also their creativity, the scale of their ideas and their interpretations”, according to an online submission platform.

The 4th edition of the festival will be held on February 11-13, 2021.
