Iranian short film 'Alan' has been scheduled to be screened at the 10th edition of the London Kurdish Film Festival in the UK.
Directed by Mostafa Gandomkar, 'Alan' is to represent Iran at the British film event.
‘Alan’ is a short film about a Kurdish man in Syria who has lost his home and family during Daesh Takfiri Terrorists attacks.
Gandomkar's short film has so far attended a number of international film festivals, including the 11th Jahorina International Film Festival in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the 14th Salento International Film Festival in Italy, the 17th Lille International Film Festival in France, the 9th Dhuk International Film Festival in Iraq, the 6th Bangalore Short Film Festival in India.
Founded in 2009, the London Kurdish Film Festival is world biggest Kurdish film event.
The 10th edition of the London Kurdish Film Festival is slated for April 13-22, 2018.
